I've missed some information which might be relevant:

- I'm using a dual display setup
- I can restart Xorg with kill -9 PID but not with kill, kill -2, kill -14 or 
kill -15
- Xorg "only" uses about 90% CPU time, 10% are used by an other process which 
name I will report as soon as xorg hangs again (hopefully never ^^)
