Test cases: 1) To ensure syndaemon compiled with XRecord extension run "strace syndaemon -i 0.5 -k -R". The program should be in the idle state until keypress. 2) To ensure gnome-settings-daemon runs syndaemon with "-R" option run "ps aux | grep syndaemon".
