Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
The video display froze and the machine locked up while browsing sites with Google Chromium. I attempted to open a new site when it happened. I attempted Ctrl+Alt+backspace to restart gdm but nothing but a blank screen appeared and I restarted machine manually after 20 seconds of it doing nothing.
