It seems that the driver was installed using the installer from AMD's
website without even generating the deb packages. Our packages detected
that and tried to trigger a removal of whatever the installer installed
but it wasn't possible to do so because the system had been changed.

This is not a bug in the packages but rather something that's expected
to fail and warn users as our packages are not guaranteed to work if you
used the installer manually (i.e. without generating deb packages from
the installer).
