I did a fresh install of the 11.04 beta on a new Intel Sandy Bridge system with integrated graphics. The overall problem is that UI elements that are drawn just look bad, especially around the edges. If you look at the attached screenshot you can see the problem in the fonts, especially when they are not just black against a white background. Also you can see a bad looking halo around the mouse cursor. And look at the icons in the upper right of the screen.
