I'm using two screens, a 30" and a 24". By default the second screen is 
disabled, I had to install nvidia-settings to try and fix this, but settings 
cannot be saved.
Here are the current problems with the drivers
1) When enabling Twinview, the screen first gets corrupted then displays 
correctly
2) When enabling Twinview, the taskbar ends up on the wrong screen
3) Sometimes when clicking on a different sreen that the current one, KDE just 
hangs
4) When using 3D effects, the desktop can freeze for several seconds
5) When using 3D effects, the desktop can stop working all together (freeze in 
the middle of an operation) and a restart will be required
