The description of the problem is that you know how there are three point to the triangle on the mouse pointer? Well, my pointer selects things that are on the bottom left point instead of the top point. The screen displays the same proportion off center with the edges that are cut of appear on the other side of the monitor as in the pictures I took, despite me adjusting the screen positioning with the buttons on the outside of the monitor.
