I forgot to mention, that this problems also doesn't occur on another Laptop (same local Installation of Ubuntu Natty) but with Intel 945GM Express Chipset instead of Intel QM57 chipset for internal graphic. So to me this seems to be related to issues inside the Intel graphics driver.
