Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

When booting, Ubuntu does not always take up the entire screen on my
laptop. I have to reboot (sometimes quite a few times) before the entire
screen is used.

Also, while running, occasionally the screen will change and not take up
the entire area available.

I have attached a video of the first problem, and a picture of the
second problem.
