My duplicate Bug #837381 is on the Ubuntu Ultimate Oz Onyx64 build. There is a Post-Install Information folder in your /home/username folder that explains how to configure your files for restart. Once that was done, I had to sudo apt-get-install nvidia-settings, and reboot twice.
Once that was done, everything worked fine and I was able to configure my dual-monitor setup.
