Hooray, looks like I finally found the bug where I can submit the
information I gathered. Two screenshots right away:

I've got here a IBM X41t with intel GMA900 chipset:

~$ lspci |grep Display
00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 915GM/GMS/910GML Express 
Graphics Controller (rev 03)

So, bug confirmed from my side and I would REALLY love that this issue
gets a higher priority. My laptop is in a unusable state as I'm unable
to read any longer text without getting headache after some time. I'm
going to test Option "DebugWait" "true" and feed back the results ASAP.
