Steps to reproduce:
Fresh install of Oneiric 64bit. Stock xorg driver;
Remove power cable and go on battery power;
Press Super+W or Super+S and notice the amount of tearing. Clicking around and
opening windows and menus also shows it.
Pull back power cord;
Press Super+W or Super+S, notice that there's no tearing whatsoever.
