My specific issue was audio that is very very short chops that are more noticable in audio.
I also have other issues that may be related. The sound card would "disappear" from my Banshee after plugging in an USB headset. The USB headsets would also be unusable. I did a "clean" install on a dual boot machine. (XP Pro the other OS) Sorry for any missing information.
