We have disabled the GPU freeze handler for the release, so these
falsely triggered error messages will no longer occur in oneiric.

For precise, I will be experimenting with altering the freeze handler to
not trigger on these false positives, but that work is being tracked
elsewhere.  If that does not get done or does not work, I'll start a new
master bug for false gpu lockups using a report filed against precise.
