Public bug reported: Apparently random GPU lockups happen while monitors are asleep. During last episode something must have gone wrong so I couldn't wake up the screen, and digging in kernel logs after reset I found out many similar events. I don't see any consistent pattern, pc is on most of the time and there are days without any problem. Last lockup: Nov 28 22:34:13 leprechaun kernel: [97807.584053] radeon 0000:01:00.0: GPU lockup CP stall for more than 10000msec happened a few minutes after monitors switched off and more than one hour before touching mouse and keyboard so waking up shoudn't be the trigger, at least in the last case. I'll pay attention to the running applications but besides firefox, thunderbird, gedit, boinc and maybe rhythmbox there isn't much running while monitors are sleeping.
