Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-driver-ati

This is a multiple-part bug, I decided to report them as a single bug.
These bugs are all related to the dual-screen problems on my Thinkpad T30 with
a r100 card.
Most of the time, my thinkpad is on my desk connected to an external monitor on
the left side, extending the desktop to both screens.

* BUG 1: The panels are located on the external monitor, but I want to
have them on my LVDS. This worked like it should in Intrepid, but Jaunty
always send my panels to the wrong monitor.

* BUG 2: When the computer starts, the contents of the right monitor is
"cloned" to the other monitor, however the mouse can move off-screen to
the left side, indicating that the desktop still is extended to the
external monitor. Because of bug (1) there are no panels visible in this
state, so I have to blindly type in Alt-F2 and launch gnome-display-
properties. When I then change any setting on the external monitor (be
it rotation or refresh rate) Xorg realizes its mistake and shows the
correct picture. This happens on every reboot and most of the times I
dock my laptop and enable the secondary monitor.

* BUG 3: When locking the screen, the LVDS "dies". Only the CRT shows
the password dialog, and when I move the mouse to the right it goes off-
screen but the LVDS remains black. This means that when I suspend the
computer while docked and then go mobile, I have to blindly type in my
password upon resume.

All these bugs exist in Jaunty
