Hmm, nothing in the log files you included show evidence of an Xorg freeze (aka GPU lockup). Reproduce the error, and with the system frozen ssh into it and collect 'sudo dmesg > dmesg.txt' and /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_error_state.
If you can't ssh into it, or the i915_error_state file is empty or missing, then it's more likely you're having some other general kernel failure, in which case check dmesg, /var/log/kern.log, or /var/log/syslog and reassign this bug to the linux. ** Changed in: xorg (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/903065 Title: Xorg freeze when resuming from suspend Intel gfx (Lenovo X201) 12.04 Precise To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/903065/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
