Public bug reported: Compiled & ran warzone as a normal user.
It ran, and I closed it after altering its display settings. It didn't close properly, leaving the system in a 640x480 resolution. Used display to change it back to 1920x1080 tried to run it again: got a sdl error that it couldn't find a working surface from this point on, firefox showed syptoms of the issue, where scrolling resulted in lag. Dragging widows resulted in lag with segments of the windows staying behind the mouse. glxgears had no noticeable slowdown. I had to reinstall xserver-xorg-core and the mesa drivers, as well as regenerate the xorg config using dpkg to fix the issue.
