Bug present in Gnome and KDE.
Now i in precise (32x) but bug was present in older ubuntu also.
Language change Ctrl+Shift
Look my logic
for (...){
Press "asd";
Press Ctrl+Shift; // i not press CapsLock and not hold shift
}
Result:
