This bug report was not actually meant to be about hybrid graphics, but about nouveau not working when sandy bridge gfx is _disabled_. That configuration works fine with natty. Booting with both enabled was just an attempt to actually get something that can be reported. Since alpha-2 is near, guess I'll test whether nouveau-only unbootable issue is reproducible with that before reopening this though.
