Are you sure this is a duplicate? This bug report is what I noticed.
Display stays dim, or back light doesn't come back on when you move the
mouse or touch keyboard. This is a laptop computer. I move the screen
just right and I can barely make out what is on the display so I can
choose reboot. It's not locked up, you just can''t see the display
because the back light doesn't come back on. Also, another work around
is to close the lid of the laptop, wait until it enters suspend, then
open the laptop screen again. The back light turns on again and you are
back in business.
