GMA3150 is OpenGL 1.4 hardware, you can get OpenGL 2.0 support by installing driconf and enabling the "Enable limited ARB_fragment_shader support" and "Enable stub ARB_occlusion_query support" options. These options are not turned on by default because they can result in being slower than having them disabled and can cause artifacts because the extra features needed for OpenGL 2.0 are done in software due to the hardware not supporting them.
