I have a logitech mouse with a scroll wheel that also pivots left and
right for horizontal scrolling. After upgrading to precise, pushing the
wheel right scrolls left, and pushing the wheel left scrolls right.
two finger scrolling horizontally with my laptops ClickPad is _not_
flipped though (moving fingers right scrolls right, and left scrolls
left)
