When I run "xrandr -r 60.0 -s 1680x1050" I get "Rate 60.0 Hz not
available for this size"

I tried the settings in the xorg.conf and it doesn't work either.

I don't have a ~/.config/monitors.xml file

Something worth mentioning is that I am using the VGA Out of the card,
not the digital output.

I run xrandr on its own I get the following:
