I have "upgraded" to X61. Same results with X60.

I tried the recommended python script (rotate) as mentioned in original
bug reporter and I modified the script to rotate properly the pen.

The rotation bug remains. Settings > Diplays > Rotate the screen

1. Screen rotates
2. Mouse and pen are not rotating.
