Hell Described crashes have occured when booted from Beta 2 USB stick.
I have now created separate partition for Precise Pangolin and installed all patches. The laptop now works fine and I can't replicate it again. I will keep booting to 12.04 (11.10 is still installed on separate partition) and installing all updates to check for any issues.
