Do you mean ñ and ǹ?

(I'm generating those on a regular US layout with compose keys.)

Looking at the intl keyboard, ñ is mapped directly on 3rd level of the n
key, and ǹ should be accessible by hitting the '`' key and then n.

Confirm you have actually tested these key combinations (or any other
key combinations you've tried).
