Public bug reported: I have some kernel problems at the moment. That's another problem. but every time I boot to the graphical user Interface and I get the message "Your screen is running in low-graphics-mode", I cannot do anything anymore with the graphical gui. as long I don't get my mouse working.
The first message with the simple button can easily be clicked away by pressing return key. But the next dialog showing 4 option boxes does not get focus and I can try whatever I want (pressing tab, space, esc, return etc.) I can't close the dialog or choose any option. The only thing possible is pressing ctrl+alt+f2 to switch to a text console. This bug appears in Ubuntu Precise 12.04 but was already there in earlier versions of ubuntu. Especially diagnostic tools SHOULD be accessable without a mouse... ** Affects: xdiagnose (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xdiagnose in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1007690 Title: Dialog after "Your screen is running in low-graphics-mode" not accessable without mouse To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xdiagnose/+bug/1007690/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
