SRU request: nvidia-graphics-drivers-173-updates and nvidia-graphics-drivers-173 (173.14.35-0ubuntu0.1) are in precise-proposed. They update the legacy driver so that it works again with the Xserver in Precise. No regressions are expected as the driver couldn't even be installed before.
