Tried the Alpha 2 on the USB with same results. Tried the DVD with Alpha 3 same results. Now the only way I could get Ubuntu installed was to first install 12.04 on spare HD do the updates and then install 12.10. I was able to get it to boot in 2D so I could run the bug report. I have never had to jump throw this many hoops before to get an OS to install.
