There are 3 icons for Libreoffice on that screenshot. Each application (xterm, xterm-dev) gets exactly one icon. You won't be installed xterm-dev; the screenshot merely shows things side-by-side. The last comment is odd, since the color scheme of the "Terminal" icon isn't like the other icons. (I don't see any hint that you're associated with the "design team").
