Thank you for building and testing, Jaroslav. It is usually the developers that mark the upstream bugs as Fix Released, and usually only when the patches have been committed to a source code repository. Once we see where the fix is commited to, we can see how feasable it is to pull it into Karmic. As you noticed it doesn't apply directly to -rc8.
