Public bug reported:
When a GPU stall is occuring, screen contents are not actualized in a
timely manner anymore. Intermittent actualizations occurr around 10 to
20 seconds. System must be reset to resolve the issue.
Following log line is seen, when issue occurs:

CP stall for more than 10000msec
Problem was not seen when fglrx is used.
