Public bug reported:

installed the legacy driver from amd...have no choice from proprietary drivers
in systemconfiguration, it says there is non driver available...anyway, I"ve
first used this here:
http://www.unixmen.com/ubuntu-12-10-and-amd-catalyst-problem-solved/

then got "unsupported hardware" watermark by using the ppa from
tomasz...reverted it and used this here but with legacy driver:
http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Ubuntu_Quantal_Installation_Guide#Using_Ubuntu-supplied_fglrx.2FCatalyst

after compiling, this bug got in ....but I"ve not done all steps to
install the driver..still need to reboot and configure xorg.conf....

have amd athlon 64 3000+ with 3gb ram and agp version of ati sapphire
hd3650 512mb gddr3 ram ....

lets see if it works and if I don"t get this f*****g watermark again and
fglrxinfo will tell me that the driver is succsessfully installed..
