Proprietary drivers version 304 failed to install (from jockey). I didn't bother to torubleshoot any further so i tried 310 instead.
After rebooting my machine, lightdm failed to start Syslog: NVRM: API mismatch: the client has the version 310.14, but NVRM: this kernel module has the version 304.48.
