My mouse is an optical Trust usb-mouse. It has 2 buttons and one scroll wheel.
It does not work in Lubuntu 13.04, whereas in 12.04 it worked fine.
I'll attach the following files:
xorg.txt (Xorg.0.log)
lspci.txt (output of lspci -vvnn)
lsusb.txt (output of lsusb -v)
uname-a.txt (output of uname -a)
version_sig.txt (output of cat /proc/version_signature)
dmesg.txt (dmesg)
