As the page you linked to says, you need to downgrade the X server to
use the Legacy driver with Ubuntu 13.04. The makson96 PPA offers a way
to do that, but you do not have it installed (and it's not officially
supported or recommended by Ubuntu to downgrade critical packages like
that). As such, I'm marking this bug a duplicate. Thanks.
