I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS with current kernel 3.2.0-48. When playing TF2, replug the mouse can resolve the issue at a while, but after death, after not pressing keyboard and even still pressing keyboard, this is issue appearing again, and I'm replugging again, but at a while happened again and so on.
