Each request for an unknown encoder is a minor wtf. The kernel tells you
the connector is disconnected, and then you lookup the invalid encoder.
And why so many?

The real issue here is that Mir is told that the flip queue is already
busy and it throws an untrapped exception (WTF!) rather than handling an
expected error. After that recovery is fubar.
