While Canonical and Ubuntu devs are slimming down installs and apps for
theirs (touch) and others goals. We are currently being left as those
who use and make re-spins with a problem of getting bloat in certain
areas and this being one. Mir is a seperate entity as is Mesa and to use
Mesa be that top level or embedded does not require Mir. This dev
library should not depend on Mir. I should be able to re-spin and have
only pulled in what is required and not what is not. If needs be there
should be a seperate meta package to help a specific project pull in
wider deps rather than polluting a dev package with such a dep.
