Hi,

It seems that I could temperally fix it:

I did try the followed command: start unity-panel-service
This ws giving me back the toolbar at top.
Then I did automated this task, it keeps working in the Gnome Flashback modus,
but when you now logoff and try again the other modus Gnome Flashback (No
Effects) then it is there not working annymore. If I disable again the
automated command, then it works back in the No effects Gnome Flashback but not
again annymore into the normal Gnome Flashback.

I run already from ubuntu 12.04 on this notebook and never problems..I think
this upgrade is still some buggy at some points?
Is there a command that i can execute so that it will work both (Gnome
Flashback & Flashback no effects)?

Thanx & best regards,
Frederik
