Philip Muškovac, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ .
If it remains an issue, could you please run the following command in the development release from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal), as it will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report: apport-collect 711908 ** This bug is no longer a duplicate of bug 553789 10de:0a3c [MASTER] [GT21x] X freeze/crash with nouveau driver ** Tags added: bios-outdated-1.52 ** Summary changed: - 10de:0a6c [natty] frequent nouveau freeze on GT218 [NVS 3100M] (rev a2) + 10de:0a6c [Lenovo ThinkPad T510] frequent nouveau freeze on GT218 [NVS 3100M] (rev a2) ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-nouveau (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Medium ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-nouveau (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-nouveau in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/711908 Title: 10de:0a6c [Lenovo ThinkPad T510] frequent nouveau freeze on GT218 [NVS 3100M] (rev a2) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-nouveau/+bug/711908/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
