FIXED !!! I was looking for the answer in all the wrong places, the video card I have is an ATI video card, not intel... So first I reverted the settings I made from this guide: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=7104256#post7104256 (HOWTO: Jaunty Intel Graphics Performance Guide)
