Christopher, I tried with the latest kubuntu image. Unfortunately the desktop was not usable, because the mouse was missing and the desktop was only half build (kicker was missing...) but I was able to switch to a console screen and have a look at the /var/log/Xorg.0.log. I found a lot of entries of the RADEON driver, showing good progress. There was no warning or error. So I guess, the issue is fixed in the trusty release. How should we proceed? regards, Hans-Peter
