I made the updates this morning (Wed, 16 sep. 6h10am Quebec time) and i
had a major bug. During the installation of the update of the kernel
2.6.31-10, i had lots of lines with "SEGV" messages saying somthing like
"process interrupted by SEGV signal" and the next line ending with
"respawning" and those line repeated endlessly till my computer stalled
and i had to reboot and when i did it, i had a message i had to run
"fsck" manually. Thats what i did and after i ran this command, i reboot
with "CONTROL+D". Unfortunatly, the ploblem was still there and it keep
asking me to run "fsck" manually and i had to reinstall Kubuntu 9.04.
Obviously the problem is the kernel 2.6.31-10 because since that kernel
is out, i had all kinds of bugs. So i guess i'll wait for Alpha 6 before
upgrading my Kubuntu again. Lets hope Lady-luck will be with me lol.

If the problem with xorg comes out again after the upgrade to Alpha 6 i
will post the output you asked. Of course if in the Alpha 6 xorg is ok i
will let you know as well.

Thanks for your time.
