Public bug reported: I've seen some similar bugreports, but none exactly like this. In my Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 "Disable touchpad while typing" does not work at all. I can both move the cursor and click with it while typing. But the manual way of turning off the touchpad with the Fn key works fine.
Let me know if I can do anything to help the process of tracking down and fixing this bug in any way (except coding, which I can't). ** Affects: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: - I've see some similar bugreports, but none exactly like this.
