I have a similar issue on an optimus enabled laptop. Dell Latitude E6520. I'd be happy to help out if you think my report be usefull. I'm not running prime or the dkms module snce it interfered with the 331.20 train of drivers and my multimonitor set up. I have not ran the "workaround" mentioned just dealing with the weird bluryness.
