Upgrade 12.04.4 broke it and I couldn't recover so I moved to 14.04 in the hope of resolution (no joy). as per earlier readings I suspect an updated driver is breaking some older chipsets. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to fglrx-installer in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1276379 Title: fglrx-installer 2:13.101-0ubuntu0.0.1 fails with some "legacy" devices (Radeon HD 2000 3000 4000) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/+bug/1276379/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
