Tried to follow the above instructions to use apport-collect, but I
guess apport-collect is not the reporting tool this year. So I tried the
same command using ubuntu-bug instead.

root@grpc192:~# apport-collect -p xserver-xorg-input-evdev 777733
You need to run 'sudo apt-get install python-apport' for apport-collect to work.
root@grpc192:~# aptitude -s install apport-collect
Couldn't find any package whose name or description matched "apport-collect"
Couldn't find any package whose name or description matched "apport-collect"
No packages will be installed, upgraded, or removed.
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not to upgrade.
Need to get 0 B of archives. After unpacking 0 B will be used.
Would download/install/remove packages.
