** Description changed: To recreate this bug, I would simply open any application and right click on its titlebar. It would then turn transparent, leaving only its shadow, until I click on its icon in the application bar on the left. Then the window returns to it's original state before I right clicked on - the titlebar. + the titlebar. On the top of the list of attachments, you will find a + screenshot of this bug occuring.
